The Team
Matt Chopping – Agent & Director
Matt studied Business and Marketing at Brunel University and worked in the private sector before becoming a Talent Agent in 2001. After 19 years working for a London-based agency, in late 2020 he decided to go out on his own and Innovate was born. Matt is proud to have launched and managed the careers of many actors now working at the highest level and thrives on using his expertise to support his clients in achieving their goals. Apart from watching as much TV and film as possible, Matt enjoys long walks in the countryside which he often spoils by attempting to play golf.
